Weekly On-Call School Visits
School Band Instruments Repair
It’s hard to run a good band program with instruments that aren’t working properly! However, we KNOW how busy band/orchestra teachers are (we applaud you for the many hats you wear). That’s why we try to make it as easy as possible for schools to get band instruments repaired, and for students to get their instruments serviced. We have education representatives dedicated to taking care of you!

Instruments In Need of Servicing or Repair
If you have an instrument that needs servicing or needs to be repaired, our Music Advocate will pick them up directly from your school. You can schedule weekly/regular check ins for repair pick-ups, or you can call our Advocate whenever you need them.

We'll Drop Your Instrument Off When It's Done!
If you send an instrument to our shop for servicing or repair, our Music Advocates will bring it back to your school as soon as it’s ready!
We will also drop off:
- School Instrument Purchases
- Student Rentals
- Director’s Personal Instruments (50% discount)
We Can do Minor Repairs On-Site!
Our Music Advocate can also do some small repairs while they are at your school! If they aren’t able to do the repair on-site, they will take the instrument back to the shop with them and drop it off to you when it’s finished. No worries, we only have a 1-week turn around time!

If you need an instrument repaired quickly, we try our best to get it done. Tell us when you need the instrument returned and we will let you know if it’s something we can do! We never charge extra fees for the rush.
