We service nearly all instruments in the categories of woodwinds, brass, percussion, and strings. If you aren’t sure if your instrument is on our list, give us a call and ask! We always welcome you to bring your instrument in for a free estimate–our techs will walk you through their diagnosis, options for solutions, and estimated cost.
We take great care to produce excellent work that we can stand behind. Because of this, we offer a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work done to your instrument, you can bring it back to us within thirty days of the original repair and we will make it right.
We love supporting music programs in schools! We want to make it easy for you to keep your program’s instruments in good condition. We offer weekly and on call visits for repairs, instruments, and accessories. We will come to you for pick ups and returns and do our best to provide a one week turn around time. If you are interested in these services and more for your school program, contact us to schedule a visit from one of our Educational Representatives.
Most frequent questions and answers

Unfortunately we do not. Piano tuners are specially trained and are a part of a tuning guild. We respect this by leaving that work to them!
Absolutely not! We guarantee that all customer repairs will be done by journeymen or master craftsmen on the CIOMIT staff!
This ultimately depends on the service your instrument requires. We try to take care of most standard repairs within a week. Larger repairs such as restorations, repairs that require custom parts, and other things of that nature, may take longer. The best way to know for sure is to bring your instrument in for a free estimate!
